The LED trailer on Christopher Street Day 2015 in Berlin
On June 27, 2015 the CSD took place in Berlin for the 37th time. The cult demo parade, when gays and lesbians demonstrate for their rights was opened at 12 o'clock by the governing mayor of Berlin Michael Müller.
The parade started walking from the Ku'damm, target was the Brandenburg Gate. There we were standing with our big trailer (21.6 m² surface) right next to the stage. Talking of "we" can almost be a little misleading, because in fact, thanks to the LED trailers only one single man was sent to the event, who built up the screen and had it ready to play in no time.
We got the signal live from the parade from a radio car in order to be able to supply the people waiting at the Brandenburg Gate with impressions from the parade.
Later we still showed the various live acts on stage – their artists by the way, as well as all the numerous Djs waived their fees that day in favor of the CSD, because next to the political message, partying certainly did not come off too badly. With great music and culinary delights it was real fun until late at night.
A warm thank you to Johannes from CSD Berlin e.V.
We are already looking forward to 2016!
