Primarily, rent4event GmbH started out as a technical video service provider. Which means, that we have experience with everything concerning moving images since the foundation of our company. Starting from professional camera, video and production technology to highly qualified cameramen up to post production and recording. As soon as live streaming appeared in the context of accelerating internet, we expanded our portfolio accordingly and were on board from the very beginning. A famous example is the Miss Germany Pageant in the Europapark near Rust. Apart from the entire video production, cameras, projection, and LED wall, we fed the live show also onto the server of the tabloid "Bildzeitung", in this case for a broad public.
It does not always have to be a an audience of millions. We are equally pleased about smaller and/or regional orders and projects. Thus, for instance, we streamed for the first time in March 2020 the service from the town church in Schwetzingen on YouTube. Afterwards, upon request, the stream was preserved as a video permanently.
Our live streaming product range includes virtually everything. From small associations using just one camera and an upload onto the club's internet page up to a complete show with lots of cameras (including wireless, dome or pole cams), image direction and feed onto YouTube, Facebook, TV stations or other channels – in any case, we have an interested and open ear for your visions and are looking forward to your Message.
On Location or from our Streaming Studio
Naturally, we will come to your premises with all our equipment if requested or necessary – Europe-wide. And if there should be no (fast) internet available on site we will simply bring it with us. All of our technology was optimally designed for mobile applications even including fully transportable HD broadcast production.
Depending on the purpose of the streaming, we are also prepared to welcome you to our fully equipped streaming studio here on our premises in Schwetzingen. In a pleasant, spacious atmosphere our stage provides plenty of room for several people and whole panel discussions. You can customise your online presence decoratively – if required – entirely at your discretion to your message or your company image.
Thanks to two Sony HXC 100 camera production units, professional video editing is not an issue. Shure microphones and headsets are taking care of a good sound. Clips, masking and PiP are, of course, also viable, just like overlaying your logo as "programme logo" if you wish to do so.
Even if we call it "streaming studio" and even if this site refers primarily to live streaming, naturally, pure recordings without live streaming are possible. After a final cut and post-production the finished film can be published. This service is equally used by "big companies" as well as smaller groups, like for instance, a community which would like to record a personal address for their YouTube channel.

Booking video conferences
Closely related to live streaming are of course video conferences whereas the latter generally is a two-way communication and requires different technical solutions.
